In the meantime, might I point you to the absolute screwing doled out to Ed Balls by my good lady wife...
Apart from his stupid name, the first thing I really learned about Ed Bollocks is that his modi operandi are, primarily, lying and intimidation. Which tactic is he employing in his most recent Guardian piece, I wonder?
... and this succinct but—one fears—all too easy deconstruction, of Call Me Dave's bloody stupid NHS policy, by Dizzy.
The Tories say they will "scrap all of the politically-motivated process targets" (good) and "set NHS providers free to innovate by ensuring they become autonomous Foundation Trusts" (also good), but then they say they will "focus on the health results matter, like improving cancer and stroke survival rates or reducing infections (sounds like targets and centralised edicts too me).
They also complain that patients do not get effective treatment because the "system lets Ministers off the hook by blaming decisions on unaccountable bureaucrats in NICE", but at the same time say on funding they plan to "create an independent NHS board to allocate resources to different parts of the country" - this will surely create the same "off the hook" effect in funding allocation won't it?
We have waited a very long time for some concrete Tory policy, and now it is here it is—like a turd in a prettily-wrapped birthday box—something of a disappointment. Not that any of us are surprised, are we?
And the NHS is, apparently, Call Me Dave's priority. Is this really the best that you can do, Dave...?
Sadly, I suspect that it is.

As I was discussing on my blog today, Cameron seems to have at least five 'top priorities' at the moment....
Dizzy is spot on. Fine, slippery, sugar coated, "hot button" words to trick those too busy to sit down and analyse it.
Are Tory high command incompetent - creating self-negating worse than useless policy? Are they are bare faced power hungry disingenuous soap salesmen? Both?
"Tory High Command" is that a tautology or an oxymoron. At present with the sick state of the economy, they are more like Fred Karno, except he was funny. I'm afraid that Cameron is just Blair writ large, all mouth. And his belief in AGW will cost us dear. I hope the weather is as bad where he lives as it is here in the North, although I'm sure he can afford the bills.
Our local Tory candidate (nice chap), in a seat held by Labour but targeted by the Tories, trots out the less than cast iron Dave's line about "re-negotiating" our membership terms with the EU. Ho hum.
Don't the Tories WANT to get elected? If they do they will have to talk practical sense, not the PR hogwash they are spouting at the moment.
We won't or can't get ourselves out of this shit until the problem of the NHS is confronted head on. And Callmedave is not the one to do it. He lacks a backbone.
Top heavy burocracy, too powerful unions, too many chiefs and not enough indians.....waste, waste, waste.
Need I go on?
Cameron may realise all this but knows that the NHS staff are all voters and will all vote Labour anyway, so he dare not alienate them.
Someone has to grasp the nettle.
Why do so many illegals want to come to this country?
Free healthcare with no questions asked?

Great. IF you think the cunt in question (no) Balls READS your Wifes blog, or ANY fucking Blogg for that matter.
Has your Misses sent a hard copy by snail mail to the bastard?
If not, it could be the best fucking letter in the bloody world, that would immediately send (no) Balls running to fill the bath and fetch the hair dryer to plug in as he soaped up. But if he does not fucking ever get to SEE it, she, or any of us, may as well go and tell our problems to a fucking TREE.
Since all the NHS "staff" will all vote labour anyway regardless, what's the harm in alienating them? Callmedave could be usefullly, now, telling them that their offices will be locked-down at 4 am on day-zero, with their personal belongings in binliners on the street outside.
Oh and their wage, lifetine-taxation and pensions records will all be shredded and malleted if on disk.
This is he initial punishment for failing to not vote socialist, and for failing to refuse "public-sector"-wage-packets.
It's all very well to be angry and vindictive about what GramscoFabiaNazis have done to this country on purpose, but we have to be quite serious about what is to be done, and who the burdens of counter-revolution will fall most heavily upon.

Cameron has very nearly done for us now.
How the tories could win with a landslide.
1.Admit that AGW is no more than a fraud.
2.Allow a referendum on the Lisbon treaty.
3.Get rid of speed cameras smoking bans and the rest of the Stalinist Nulabour crap policy ,too many to mention.
4.Cap immigration and control it properly.
5.Get rid of the army of politicised parasites who are destroying this country.
6.Pledge to get rid of big government in favour of a much slimmed down administration.
7.Scrap all the ghastly legislation that is strangling our industries and services ,yes the private ones Labour dislike.
8.Put an end to the corruption that is like a cancer in our political system, or in other words the lobbyists ,you fuckers vote for your policies like everyone else, not buy it.
