Abiotic oil again...

Despite the tensions caused the last time that this was mentioned at The Kitchen, it seems, via The Englishman, that some people in the media are keen to push this abiotic oil theory.
At least one of many large, lake-like features on Saturn's moon Titan studied by the international Cassini spacecraft contains liquid hydrocarbons, making it the only body in the solar system besides Earth known to have liquid on its surface, NASA said Wednesday.

Scientists positively identified the presence of ethane, according to a statement from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, which manages the Cassini mission exploring Saturn, its rings and moons.

Liquid ethane is a component of crude oil.

It has to be said, however, that ethane—with a chemical formula of C2H6 (or CH3—CH3)—is a long way from being crude oil. However, it does raise some interesting possibilities...

Typical. That's right, grab another planets hydrocarbon. What are they going to use? Star dust?
Greenpiece will hear of this, make no mistake.

The fact that methane exists on Titan is one more proof of Abiotic Oil, but space exploration and investigating objects from space -- meteorites -- also offer additional proof for Abiotic Theory.

Diamondoids, little diamonds, are found in oil, with higher concentrations in "deep oil" with more complexity. Diamonds, all authorities agree, are only formed in the ultra-high heat and pressure of the Earth's mantel, the same place according to Abiotic Theory where oil forms.

The conclusion: Oil and diamondoids (diamonds on a molecular scale) form together, in the mantle of the Earth, and rise together to lodge in oil traps.

But also, interestingly enough, diamondoids have been discovered in meteorites and detected in interstellar medium.

No "life" connection there.

Do exploding stars, super nova, cause the ultra-high heat and pressure needed to form diamondoids?

The answer would seem to be yes, based on scientific observation & research.

In our exploration of the surface of the planet, early navigators relied on the stars, the moon, and even the planets; how ironic or maybe fitting that knowledge gained from the 'moons' and the planets, and even remnants of the stars, again lead us to better understand our world -- Abiotic Oil is based on hard science.

To learn more about Diamondoids and other basic scientific facts of Abiotic Theory, please see Oil Is Mastery, which is devoted to Abiotic Theory.

Astrophysics and astrochemistry are helping to prove Abiotic Theory.
