Since the recent bombers had links to the NHS, can we conclude that our state-funded healthcare system is now a terrorist-funding organisation?

According to today's FT, the attacks failed because they couldn't read each other's handwriting.

Well considering the treatment my wife got at the hands of nurses at the Guys & St Thomas' Hospital London (basically she was abused mentally & physically) I have considered them a hostile organisation for a year now.

Oh yeah? So what has happened for the last ten years, exactly?
