Please note that he emphasises that he is talking about the problems with ILLEGALITY OF drugs, rather than problems with ILLEGAL drugs. Nobody is disputing that there are "problems" associated with drug use, that's as can't be helped. And certainly not by Prohibition.

Oh yeah? So what has happened for the last ten years, exactly?
