I've always wondered how, precisely, the different timings were achieved but it is quite nervously brilliant, I think you'll agree.
Making everyone happy is impossible. Pissing them off is a piece of cake. I like cake.

Street Spirit
Generally speaking, I think that Radiohead are not nearly as good as they think they are, and I have ranted before about Thom Yorke being a pretentious, no-nothing, simplistic twat. However, Radiohead have written two or three good songs: Street Spirit (Fade Out) is one of my favourites, and it was watching the video that turned me on to it.

I first saw that video while tripping on acid. It confused the fuck out of me.
Radiohead are a band that in principle I ought to hate, actually they are gloriously fantastic, their sheer misanthropy and hatred towards the world in general (their fans included) is icing on the cake.
It's on my mp3 player, I'll give it a listen on the way home.
Radiohead's vid to "No Surprises" came from a boast by the lead singer.
Watch it here. It is one shot, real time...and IIRC the fifth take. The look of achievement towards the end is, I think, very genuine indeed.
Radiohead always were a bit pompous, but the first three albums were pretty good.
Then came the 'experimental' albums which saw them disappearing up their own arses completely (even they have their moments).
Thom Yorke on his own however is a pretentious idiot Bono or Geldoff wannabe (and god knows we don't need more of them) and the more recent radiohead output is a pale shadow of their earlier work and just plain boring.
boring?
up their own arse?
hate their own fans?
what the fuck are you talking about? honestly, do some research.
