"Electrical blast"?

strange. electrical power junctions dont "explode", but if overloaded, short out with lots of sparks and flames. but an explosion? dont think so.

i could be wrong of course - maybe its link to the unseasonly warm weather and lots of air conditioning units being switched on, thus overloading the power grid?
