I haven't been watching Robin Hood, because I don't care and I've heard that it's fucking balls. However, Wat Tyler has alerted me to the presence of Djaq, a member of the Merry Men (or "Merry People" as I suppose that we should now call them) who is a Muslim woman.
For fuck's sake, why don't they put her in a wheelchair and broadcast an episode in which she gets down to licking Marian's hairy clam and tick all the fucking boxes, eh?
Fucking hellski.

If she's Bereaved then that's ALL the boxes.

The very suggestion of such graphic sexual content on BBC1 is clearly preposterous! What are you trying to do? Make the BBC worth its licence fee?

Sorry about that double post! Clearly got a little excited there... The old hand's shaking, don't you know?
Din't 'Roin Hood:Prince of Thieves' get there first anyway, with the character of Azeem (played by Morgan Freeman)?
And yet we don't get to see any "white" people in Arabian Nights...oh wait, there's always the slaves...
Late in the day, but you forgot one more point - 'Djaq' is not just a Muslim woman, she is a *cross-dressing* Muslim woman.
One more box ticked, eh?
As Robin Hood is largely mythical and absurd, what's the problem with having Muslims in it. It's more plausible than Tarzan, and I never heard any whinging well-off white people moan about that.

Yes, it does matter. It's our English legends they are trying to destroy along with our traditions, history and culture and people like you are letting them. Shame on you!
