At The Crossroads

For some reason, I feel compelled to share these words to one of my brother's songs. I don't know why, some of the words just felt appropriate...
AT THE CROSSROADS

I will keep you for as long as you'll let me,
I will try to switch the dice around;
I will shield you from the swords of my enemies,
I will break their castles down.

Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...

I will kneel down to your statue of cinders,
I will blow your dust to the wind;
And the soul's path and the kindness of strangers
Will keep your intentions dim.

I will steal you from the arms of the traitor,
I will learn your life my way;
And behind me run the wolves of deception,
But I will reach the border someday;
I'm gonna reach the border someday;
I will reach the border someday...

I'll touch you, hold you, crawl inside you,
Kiss my god and bleed beside you;

I'll touch you, hold you, crawl inside you,
Kiss my god and bleed beside you;
At a single stroke,
I am alone...

Strangers, not a single word,
I am alone, I am alone,
I am alone...

Time is on my side for the first time in my life;
Switch the dice around;
I will break these curses down.

Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...

Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...
[Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...]

Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...
[Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...]

Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...
[Meet me at the crossroads where time begins...]

And you can hear it too (sorry, it's a rather hefty 9.6 MB MP3 file).
