Your humble Devil has read a goodly number of books which use the abandoned London Underground tunnels as a device. As a result, he has always wondered precisely what stations have been abandoned and, thanks to Abandoned Tube Stations, now he knows.

The site even gives reasons for why they are disused and there are plenty of photos.

What a great site. Thanks for that.

There's a certain mysterious and romantic attraction to the idea of abandoned Underground stations. It's fabulous to be able to explore them, even if only vicariously.

Bloody Hell! I've been in London for a large part of my life and I didn't know there were so many abandoned stations.

Cheers

Can I also recommend Subterranea Britannica? It's a website all about underground facilities of all kinds.
