Recess Monkey is one of the most unjustifiably smug bastards that your humble Devil has ever met; I know that smugness is a general trait of socialists (they have to believe that they are correct because everything else in the world, including history, tells us that the fuckers are wrong), but RM takes the biscuit.

As a sometime student of Classics, your humble Devil also takes a firm interest in the concept of hubris and is pleased to note that it seems to have caught up with the Monkey. As Euripides is supposed to have said...

Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.

Please excuse me whilst I go away and laugh my fucking arse off for, quite literally, hours and hours and hours...

He made a stupid mistake, which is, unfortunately, the norm for stupid people. And stupid people are often taken in by fucking stupid ideas like socialism, or that when your imaginary friend rings you up, that he's telling the truth and you should immediately publish it.
