New legislation may have to be introduced after the leader of the far-Right British National Party was cleared of stirring up racial hatred, Gordon Brown, the Chancellor, said last night.
Nick Griffin, 47, and Mark Collett, 26, the BNP's director of publicity, emerged from Leeds Crown Court punching the air after an all-white jury unanimously acquitted them.

I'm not sure you're being entirely fair.
When it transpired that nonces who got 12-year-olds to get naked for them but didn't touch them weren't doing anything illegal, the government changed the law to make it illegal. Sometimes, it's worth plugging legal loopholes in response to acquitals.
In this particular case, the problem is that although Griffin and Collett were very very clearly guilty of the offence ("Muslims are evil and will kill you all and will rape your daughters" /is/ stirring up racial hatred), the jury found them not guilty ("by what reason?" "insanity" "what, all 12 of you?")
As sensible people, we understand that the jury system will sometimes fuck up - hence this case, hence Jeffrey Archer's libel millions, and so on. The reason NuLab are at fault in this case is because instead of accepting that sometimes that kind of shit happens, they're viewing it as an flaw in the system that needs fixing.

Brown deserves to die, as does most of parliament for the way they have raped this country and handed it on a plate to the so-called elite, the capitalist fascists. This government has laundered billions of pounds from Britain`s coffers into their own pockets and the freeloading bidless government contracts of their business associates and backers. We have lying bastards in charge of trillions of pounds for 4 year terms, what do you expect? Che Guevara is the thought process we need in Britain now. Take these wankers out. Drag them by their balls from Westminster and punish them publicly as a warning to future capitalist fascists. Remind them they are representatives of the people, elected by the people for the people, they are not and never have been an elite in their own right. Create a Marxist state, a state of equality, real equality, not a modern capitalist fascist democracy that enslaves the working classes.
